PoliceCorps, a division of DECO, Inc., has been created to give active duty and/or recently retired law enforcement personnel throughout the United States an option to get involved with Federal programs worldwide.
This is an option for individuals to supplement existing income or pension through full-time or part-time employment. Examples of current opportunities include the following:
Federal Protective Service (FPS) Statewide Contracts:
DECO has several statewide contracts with FPS. Armed security officers are responsible for protecting Federal buildings across the country. Employment opportunities exist for full-time, part-time, and reserve positions for armed officers, supervisors, trainers, quality control officers, and management staff.
Antiterrorism Assistance
DECO is currently seeking experienced subject matter experts and training personnel to support the Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security, Antiterrorism Assistance (ATA) programs. DECO’s personnel provide civilian law enforcement organizations the policy-level, operational, and tactical skills necessary to combat terrorism. DECO is conducting training programs, providing program management, and providing consulting services and needs assessments at domestic and overseas locations worldwide. This includes conducting training at US Embassies. Typical assignments are usually one to six weeks in duration.
Construction Surveillance Monitoring Program (CSM)
DECO also continuously recruits for our CSM program with the Department of State. This program entails DECO supplying a high-level security force to monitor the construction of Department of State Embassy and Consulate projects all over the world. Prime candidates will have a background in security or the military. Key positions include Cleared Armed Guards (CAGs) and Construction Surveillance Technicians (CSTs). Deployments are typically one year in length.
International Opportunities
In addition to the ATA and CSM programs mentioned above, DECO also has reoccurring needs for law enforcement personnel to deploy overseas on security and training related missions.
